  • The "Put Cancellation Date" shall be the date that the Put Cancellation Notice is first received by the Investor, if such notice is received by the Investor by 6:00 p.m., New York, NY time, and shall be the following date, if such notice is received by the Investor after 6:00 p.m., New York, NY time.
