Put Agreements definition

Put Agreements has the meaning given to that term in the recitals hereof.
Put Agreements means the agreements, as amended from time to time, between certain financial institutions (at the request of an Investor) and OCD whereby certain financial institutions have granted, severally, to the counterparty under the agreement, the option to sell a portion of certain of the Trust Shares to the financial institutions, which option will expire three months after the Issuance Date (which Put Agreements will be assigned by the Company to, and assumed by, subject to the exceptions set forth in the Put Agreements, the Trust on the effective date of the Amended Plan).
Put Agreements means (i) the Put Agreement, dated as of November 6, 2008, among MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, the Borrower, MEHC Merger Sub Inc. and Constellation Power Source Generation Inc. and (ii) the Put Agreement, dated as of November 6, 2008, among MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, the Borrower, MEHC Merger Sub Inc. and CER Generation II, LLC.
