Put means the right of the Company to require the Investor to purchase shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Put means each occasion that the Company elects to exercise its right to tender a Put Notice requiring Investor to purchase shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
