Purchaser’s Group definition

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, a subsidiary undertaking or holding company for the time being of the Purchaser, or a subsidiary or subsidiary undertaking for the time being of a holding company of the Purchaser.

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company of the Purchaser and all other subsidiaries of any such holding company from time to time;

Examples of Purchaser’s Group in a sentence

• Purchaser further agrees not to instruct or otherwise interfere with or permit any of Purchaser’s Group, invitees, guests, or others accompanying Purchaser in any capacity, to instruct or interfere, in Seller’s determination, with any persons that perform work at the Property.

• No liability shall attach to the Seller by reason of any claim under or in respect of this agreement to the extent that the same loss has been recovered by the Purchaser, the Company or any member of the Purchaser’s Group under any other term of this agreement, any of the Operational Agreements, the 21CF Financial Envelope or any other document entered into pursuant hereto or thereto and accordingly the Purchaser’s Group may only recover once in respect of the same loss.

• Seller reserves the right, in Seller’s sole discretion, to cause Purchaser and Purchaser’s Group to leave the Property and to prohibit Purchaser and Purchaser’s Group access to the Property.

• The Purchaser agrees that it shall not (and it shall procure that no member of the Purchaser’s Group shall) make any changes to the Linden Homes Articles or the rights attached to the Linden Homes Special Share without the prior written consent of the Seller (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) until such time as the Closing Statement has been finally agreed or determined in accordance with this Agreement and the Linden Homes TGAV Adjustment Amount has been paid to the Seller in full.

• Save as set out in the preceding sentence of this Clause 20.1, a person who is not a Party or its successor shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement, except any member of the Purchaser’s Group may enforce any terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Purchaser’s Group

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and all other members of the same group of companies as the Purchaser (including, with effect from Completion, each Group Company);

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its Subsidiary Undertakings, any Parent Undertaking of the Purchaser and all other Subsidiary Undertakings of any such Parent Undertaking as the case may be from time to time (and including, after Completion, the Group);

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its holding company (if any) and any subsidiary of the Purchaser or such holding company (if any);

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its subsidiaries from time to time, including, after the Closing, the Group Companies;

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company or parent undertaking of the Purchaser and all other subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company or parent undertaking as the case may be from time to time, and “member of the Purchaser’s Group” shall be construed accordingly;

Purchaser’s Group means, collectively, the Purchaser and its Subsidiaries;

Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and any other company or companies which either are or become after Closing, or have within the six years ending at Closing been, treated as members of the same group as, or otherwise connected or associated in any way with, the Purchaser for any tax purpose;
