Purchaser Share Value means the average closing sales prices per share of the Purchaser Common Stock on the Nasdaq Global Market during the period of five (5) consecutive trading days ending one trading day prior to the Closing Date.
Purchaser Share Value means the volume weighted average trading price of the Purchaser Shares on the TSX for the five trading days commencing on the eighth trading day immediately before the Effective Date, and ending on the fourth trading day immediately before the Effective Date.
Purchaser Share Value means the amount determined by the Purchaser's Board of Directors in good faith to be the fair market value per Purchaser Share as of the Closing Date, as certified by the Purchaser at or prior to the Closing.
