Purchaser Guarantor definition

Purchaser Guarantor has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Purchaser Guarantor means (i) AESI (so long as it qualifies as an Acceptable Guarantor) or (ii) any other Acceptable Guarantor.
Purchaser Guarantor shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • All performance, and discharge of the Purchaser Guaranteed Obligations by Purchaser Guarantor under this Section ‎9.14 shall be subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to Purchaser under this Agreement.
