Purchaser Data means all information, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds that are embodied in any electronic or tangible medium, and which: (i) are supplied by the Purchaser to the Contractor under or in contemplation of this Contract; (ii) are held by the Purchaser but are accessed by the Contractor under this Contract; (iii) the Contractor is obliged to generate or process under this Contract; or
Purchaser Data means Personal Data and all other information concerning Purchaser, its personnel or clients provided by or on behalf of Purchaser to Contractor; Processed by Contractor; created by Contractor based on information provided by or on behalf of Purchaser or Processed by Contractor; or otherwise maintained by Purchaser or any third party on behalf of Purchaser.
Purchaser Data means all information and data that Purchaser makes available to Seller in connection with the performance of the Purchase Order, including without limitation, performance standards, product characteristics, specifications, drawings, descriptions, samples, designs, manufacturing data and other information.

Purchaser owns and shall continue to own all right, title and interest in and to the Purchaser Content and Purchaser Data.
In connection with the SaaS Solution, Vendor will ensure that all hosting for the SaaS Solution and all Purchaser Data shall be maintained on secure servers located in at least two (2) Data Centers, one of which is a backup Data Center.
Vendor does not have any right or interest, including, without limitation, Intellectual Property Rights, in the Purchaser Content or Purchaser Data except as expressly provided for in this SaaS Exhibit and the Agreement.
In the event Purchaser consents to accessing Purchaser Data outside the continental United States, Vendor shall employ technology that prohibits such Purchaser Data from being printed, copied, transferred, downloaded, or otherwise manipulated by Vendor.
Without the prior written consent of Purchaser, Vendor shall not store Purchaser Data on any portable device or equipment located outside of the United States.
More Definitions of Purchaser Data
Purchaser Data means any data provided by, or at the direction of, Purchaser or its affiliates or any customer, consumer, dealer or employee to Supplier or its subcontractors in relation to the Contract and any data created by the Supplier, either directly or indirectly for Purchaser or its affiliates, under the Contract. Purchaser Data includes Personal Data.
Purchaser Data means all confidential and proprietary data contained in the Purchaser Systems and all other information and data compilations used by the Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries, whether or not in electronic form.

Purchaser Materials means all documents, information, items and materials in any form (whether owned by the Customer or a third party), which are provided by the Purchaser to the Contractor in connection with the Services. Records means any files, documents or other records which relate to delivery of the Agreement or the management, administration, organisation or planning of them whether in writing or on magnetic or other media.
Purchaser Data means all data and information relating to the Purchaser and its operations, customers, Personnel, suppliers, assets, products, sales and transactions, in whatever form that information may exist, including any data produced, generated or processed in the provision of the Services and/or the supply of the Goods, and includes any database in which that data or information is contained, any documentation or records related to that data or information, any products (including new data or information) resulting from the use or manipulation of that data or information, any other data and other information entered into, generated by, stored by, or processed by any of the Purchaser’s equipment.
Purchaser Data means all data created, generated, placed in, stored in, accessed or retrieved by using the Deliverables or receiving the Services;
Purchaser Data means electronic data of Purchaser processed by, stored in, or accessible electronically via servers or applications used in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. (b)
Purchaser Data means any or all of the following, and all copies thereof, regardless of the form or media in which such items are held: (a) personal information of Purchaser or any Affiliate or of their customers, patients, employees and other individuals from which such Personal Information was received; (b) any data and/or information provided or submitted by or on behalf of Purchaser or any Affiliate of Purchaser to Vendor or any Affiliate of Vendor, including, without limitation, Purchaser Content; and (c) any data and/or information stored, recorded, made available, processed, created, derived or generated by Vendor and any related output in connection with the Agreement or any Attachments.
