Purchased Parts definition

Purchased Parts means parts purchased by Borrower or a Secured Guarantor from a third-party supplier or a Foreign Subsidiary which are used for assembly.
Purchased Parts means new raw materials purchased by Borrower in the ordinary course of its business to be used in the production of finished goods.
