Purchased Loan Confirmation definition

Purchased Loan Confirmation means with respect to each prospective Eligible Loan subject to purchase, either or both an email notification by Seller to Purchaser or posting by Seller to the Purchaser Online Account pursuant to which Seller confirms to Purchaser that such Eligible Loan has been issued and then purchased by Purchaser as a Purchased Loan hereunder on the respective Purchase Date.
Purchased Loan Confirmation means with respect to each prospective Purchase, the document to be provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D, including the Loan Schedule attached thereto.

  • Purchased Loan A motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by CAC or a subsidiary from such Dealer and evidenced by a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract.

  • Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of November 1, 2003, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Purchased Loans means, with respect to each Purchase Agreement, the Loans offered for sale and purchased or substituted pursuant to such Purchase Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Seller and the Depositor, regarding the transfer of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to or at the direction of the Depositor, substantially in the form of Exhibit D annexed hereto.

  • Mortgage Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as of February 14, 2020, between the Borrower, as borrowers, and the Original Lenders, as lender, as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the terms hereof.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which any Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and for which the Mortgage Loan Documents have not been delivered to the Custodian.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.
