Purchased Bonds definition

Purchased Bonds means the Bonds purchased by the Bank pursuant to the terms of a Liquidity Facility from and including the date as of which the Bonds are purchased by the Bank to, but not including, the earliest of (a) their maturity or redemption or their satisfaction and discharge by other means, (b) their remarketing by the Remarketing Agent pursuant to this Order and the Remarketing Agreement, or (c) their conversion to a Fixed Rate Period or to a Term Rate Period for which a Liquidity Facility has not been provided. Purchased Bonds may be separately defined in a Liquidity Facility.
Purchased Bonds means any debt securities in the form of notes, bonds or bills forming part of any Series of Bonds where such notes, bonds or bills are subscribed or purchased by ESM under a PMP Operation under the PMP Facility or under a SMP operation under a SMP Facility.
Purchased Bonds shall have the meaning given the term "Pledged Bonds" in the Indenture. Additionally, a Bond shall no longer be a "Purchased Bond" on the date on which such Bond is remarketed to any person other than Xxxxxxx Mac, the Owner, any partner or member of the Owner or the Issuer.

  • The respective agreements, representations, warranties, indemnities and other statements of the Company or its officers and of the Underwriters set forth in or made pursuant to this Agreement will remain in full force and effect, regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of the Underwriters or the Company or any of the officers, directors or controlling persons referred to in Section 8 hereof, and will survive delivery of and payment for the Purchased Bonds.

  • Delivery of the Purchased Bonds shall be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company.

More Definitions of Purchased Bonds

Purchased Bonds means each Bond purchased with funds provided by the Bank under this Agreement, until such Bonds are remarketed in accordance with Section 2.04(b) hereof or cease to bear interest at the Purchased Bond Rate pursuant to Section 2.04(c) hereof. “Purchased Bonds” are defined as “Bank Bonds” in the Supplemental Resolution.
Purchased Bonds means Variable Rate Bonds purchased by the Liquidity Purchaser for so long as such Variable Rate Bonds are subject to the Purchased Bonds Rate.
Purchased Bonds means any Remaining Bonds purchased by the Liquidity Provider pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
