Purchase Warrant Opinion of Counsel definition

Purchase Warrant Opinion of Counsel means an opinion from Company's independent counsel, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit O, or such other form as agreed upon by the parties, as to the issuance of Purchase Warrants to the Investor.
