Purchase Right Shares definition

Purchase Right Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Purchase Right Shares shall be an equivalent number and class of Equity Securities as the HPLLC At Risk Shares forfeited by HPLLC pursuant to Section 8.2(b), adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations, reorganizations, reclassifications or otherwise.
