Purchase Right Aircraft definition

Purchase Right Aircraft shall have the meaning set out in Article 22.
Purchase Right Aircraft means all Purchase Right Aircraft as listed in Table 1-C of the 767 Purchase Agreement.
Purchase Right Aircraft means the twenty-one (21) A320neo aircraft for which AviancaTaca has been granted purchase rights by Airbus Industries.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Partnership, and the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership, shall not be required to make a distribution to any Partner on account of its interest in the Partnership if such distribution would violate the Act or other applicable law.

  • Unless otherwise noted herein, the Credit Memoranda described in this Letter Agreement are provided as a financial accommodation to Customer and in consideration of Customer’s taking title to the Exercised Purchase Right Aircraft at time of delivery and becoming the operator of the Exercised Purchase Right Aircraft.

Related to Purchase Right Aircraft

  • Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
