Purchase Price Loan definition

Purchase Price Loan means the loan from the Agency to the Developer relating to the Developer’s payment of the Purchase Price, as set forth in Section 201.1 hereof and evidenced by the Purchase Price Loan Promissory Note.
Purchase Price Loan means the loan of approximately $133.0 million loan from Glass Holdings to AGY Holdings to fund the AGY Holdings Acquisition.
Purchase Price Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(c).
