Purchase Power definition

Purchase Power a revolving credit payment facility, allowing payment in arrears for postage and/or Consolidated Billing. “Repudiation”- when your actions indicate that you no longer intend to keep to this Agreement and, due to which, we may give you notice that we have terminated your right to possession of the Products and are arranging for their recovery. “Scheme” - the Royal Mail Scheme for Franking Letters and Parcels, as issued by Royal Mail from time to time.

  • In order to participate in the Purchase Power program (the “Program”), you must provide the information described in paragraph (h) below.

  • If you participate in any PBI, PBGFS, or Bank postage advance programs (such as Purchase Power), we will advance payment on your behalf to the USPS, subject to repayment by you under the terms of the postage advance program and billed separately from your Meter Services fees.

  • The Purchase Power Agreement (hereinafter sometimes termed "Agreement") shall consist of (1) Company’s form of Purchase Power Agreement when signed by Seller and accepted by Company, (2) the applicable Schedule for the purchase of electricity as specified in the Purchase Power Agreement, and (3) these Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Electric Power (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions"), and all changes, revisions, alterations therein, or substitutions therefor lawfully made.

  • In the event that (i) you do not maintain a Reserve Account or a Purchase Power account with the Bank or (ii) you do not have available funds in a Reserve Account and do not have available credit under a Purchase Power account, all such fees and charges will be charged to your credit card together with a convenience fee of 3 ½% of the amount of all Shipping Charges and you authorize us to do so.

  • A Purchase Power Agreement shall not be transferred and assigned by Seller to any person, firm, or corporation that is party to any other purchase agreement under which a party sells or seeks to sell power to the Company from another Qualifying Facility that is located within one-half mile, as measured from the electrical generating equipment.

  • The estimated annual energy production from the Facility specified in the Purchase Power Agreement shall be the estimated total annual kilowatt-hours registered or computed by or from Company's metering facilities for each time period during a continuous 12-month interval.

  • The following provisions apply to the Purchase Power Program (the “Program”).

  • A Purchase Power Agreement shall not be transferred and assigned by Seller to any person, firm, or corporation that is party to any other purchase agreement under which a party sells or seeks to sell power to Company from another Qualifying Facility that is located within one-half mile, as measured from the electrical generating equipment.

  • If you participate in any PBI, PBGFS, or Bank postage advance programs (such as Purchase Power), we will advance payment on your behalf to the USPS, subject to repayment by you under the terms of the postage advance program and billed separately from your rental fees.

  • This Agreement shall begin on the date first written above and shall continue until the ten-year anniversary of the Commencement Date (as defined in the Agreement to Purchase Power and Energy) unless extended, terminated or cancelled.

Related to Purchase Power

  • Active Power has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • Reactive Power means the wattless component of the product of voltage and current, which the Facility shall provide to or absorb from the Grid System within the Technical Limits and which is measured in MVAR;

  • PURCHASE AUTHORITY means the officer signing the acceptance of tender and shall include any officer who has authority to execute the relevant contract on behalf of the purchaser.

  • Station Power means energy used for operating the electric equipment on the site of a generation facility located in the PJM Region or for the heating, lighting, air-conditioning and office equipment needs of buildings on the site of such a generation facility that are used in the operation, maintenance, or repair of the facility. Station Power does not include any energy (i) used to power synchronous condensers; (ii) used for pumping at a pumped storage facility; (iii) used in association with restoration or black start service; or (iv) that is Direct Charging Energy. Surplus Interconnection Customer:

  • Infirm Power means electricity injected into the grid prior to the commercial operation of a unit or block of the generating station;

  • second authority means the authority to which a mover is liable to make payments for the new dwelling;

  • Road authority means each governmental agency with jurisdiction over public streets and highways. Road authority includes the department, any other state agency, and intergovernmental, county, city, and village governmental agencies responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of streets and highways. When a street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system over public streets and highways over which more than 1 road authority possesses jurisdiction, road authority includes each road authority with jurisdiction over public streets and highways upon which the street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system.

  • net power means the power obtained on a test bench at the end of the crankshaft or its equivalent at the corresponding engine or motor speed with the auxiliaries, tested in accordance with Annex XX (Measurements of net power and the maximum 30 minutes power of electric drive train), and determined under reference atmospheric conditions;

  • designated authority means such authority as may be notified by the Commissioner;

  • Solar Power means power generated from the Solar Photovoltaic Power Project;

  • Lead Authority means a local authority in Wales acting as the Lead Regional Transport Authority for one or more of its Constituent Local Authorities;

  • prescribed authority means the authorities specified in Rule 12 of Plastic Waste Management and Handling Rules, 2016, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporations, Chief Executive Officer/Executive Officer, Urban Local Bodies ;

  • Contract Purchase Price means the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase, development, construction or improvement of a Property or the amount of funds advanced with respect to a Mortgage, or the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase of other Assets, in each case exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, but in each case including any indebtedness assumed or incurred in respect of such Property.

  • Newly acquired auto means any of the following types of vehicles you become the owner of during the policy period:

  • requested authority means a competent administrative authority which has been designated by a Party for this purpose and which receives a request for assistance on the basis of this Protocol;

  • Transfer Point means any point at which the passenger transfers between aircraft.

  • the Purchase Price means the price to be paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the purchase of the Property;

  • resolution power means a power referred to in Articles 63 to 72;

  • maximum net power means the highest value of the net power on the nominal full-load power curve for the engine type;

  • Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:

  • Appropriate Authority means any government or taxing authority.

  • Option Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Receivables Purchase Price means $1,652,997,849.97.
