PURCHASE PAYMENTS definition

PURCHASE PAYMENTS. [We reserve the right to reject any Purchase Payment.] Minimum Subsequent Purchase Payment: [$500 for both Non-Qualified and Qualified, unless you have elected an automatic sweep program.]
PURCHASE PAYMENTS. Purchase Payments are payable according to the frequency and in the amount selected by you. The initial Purchase Payment is due on the Issue Date. We reserve the right to decline any Purchase Payment. The Minimum Subsequent Purchase Payment and the Maximum Total Purchase Payments allowed are shown on the Contract Schedule.
PURCHASE PAYMENTS means the amounts required to be paid by the Company pursuant to Section 3.3.
