Purchase Fee definition

Purchase Fee means a non-refundable fee, fully-earned at the time a Mortgage Loan is purchased in the amount set forth on Schedule 3.
Purchase Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(e).
Purchase Fee means the replacement value of the Equipment in the event of failure to return or catastrophic damage or destruction of the Equipment calculated as the cost price to the Owner of acquiring replacement Equipment.
