Purchase Document definition

Purchase Document means an Order Form or Statement of Work. Purchase Documents shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
Purchase Document means each of this Agreement, each Parent Guaranty, each Servicing Report and each fee letter, together with all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Seller or the Seller Representative to or for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser in connection herewith.

  • Fees for the JAGGAER Applications and Services will be invoiced in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Document.

  • No modification or amendment to the Agreement, including any Purchase Document, shall be binding upon the parties except to the extent set forth in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of JAGGAER and Client.

  • Billing-related notices to Client shall be addressed to the billing contact designated by Client in the Purchase Document, and legal notices to Client shall be addressed to Client’s signatory of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Purchase Document

Purchase Document means a written Purchase Document issued by a Purchaser to an Offeror against this CSA for the provision of a specified quantity of Services at the prices set out in this CSA;
