Purchase Account definition

Purchase Account means the account so designated in each Purchase and Remarketing Fund.

Purchase Account means the account used to purchase Shares through the exercise of Options under the Plan.

Purchase Account means the account identified as such on Schedule V of this Agreement.

• Amounts held in the Standby Purchase Account and the Remarketing Proceeds Account by the Paying Agent shall be held uninvested and separate and apart from all other funds and accounts.
