PUC Order definition

PUC Order has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(h).
PUC Order. The order of the PUC, dated March 18, 2004, authorizing each PPL Electric Party to enter this Agreement and each other Transaction Document.

Examples of PUC Order in a sentence

  • Promptly after issuance of the PUC Order, HECO shall provide to AES Hawaii a copy of the PUC Order and written confirmation of whether the PUC Order meets the requirements of the preceding sentence.

  • No authorization, consent or approval from any Governmental Authority is required for the execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower of this Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party and except such authorizations, consents and approvals, including, without limitation, the PUC Order, as shall have been obtained prior to the Effective Date and shall be in full force and effect.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.

  • Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Transactions, in form and substance (with respect to the provisions of such Sale Order applicable to the Acquired Assets only) reasonably acceptable to each of the Parties.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • FERC means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • MPSC means the Michigan Public Service Commission.

  • PUCO means the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, or any successor thereto.

  • Regulatory Order means an Order issued by an Applicable Commission or FERC that affects or governs the rates, services, or other utility operations of the Business.

  • Final Approval Order means the entry of the order and final judgment approving the Settlement Agreement, implementing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and dismissing the Class Action with prejudice, to be proposed by the Settling Parties for approval by the Court, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D hereto.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission approving the issuance of securitization bonds and the creation of securitization charges and any corresponding utility rate reductions.

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be entered by the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement and directing that notice of the Settlement be provided to the Settlement Class.

  • NYPSC means the New York Public Service Commission.

  • FCC Approval means the FCC’s grant of the FCC Applications; provided that the possibility that an appeal, request for stay, or petition for rehearing or review by a court or administrative agency may be filed with respect to such grant, or that the FCC may reconsider or review such grant on its own authority, shall not prevent such grant from constituting FCC Approval for purposes of the Plan.
