Publisher Website definition

Publisher Website means a website, application or service operated by a Publisher to market advertisers or their products;
Publisher Website means any website and/or mobile application owned or operated by the Publisher whether referred to in the Proposal or launched/published since the date of the Proposal.
Publisher Website means the Publisher’s website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx;

  • Upon receipt of written notice from Advertiser, Taboola agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Advertiser Content is not recommended on any specified Taboola Publisher Website that Advertiser deems objectionable.

  • NLA may, on the expiry of 7 days’ written notice, suspend the Licensed Parties’ rights under these Terms if NLA has reason to believe any Licensed Party has materially breached these Terms or the terms of any other agreement with NLA (or with a publisher of an NLA Publisher Website) or the Licensee, any Permitted User or any of the Staff are using any Articles in material breach of these Terms.

Publisher Website means those websites that from time to time form part of NLA’s repertoire details of which can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Publisher Website means World Wide Web sites of Publisher that are directed primarily at providing telephone directory information to the public in the Publisher Region, provided that (a) such World Wide Web sites are owned or controlled by or on behalf of Publisher, and (b) such World Wide Web sites are used principally for marketing or selling Directory Products.
Publisher Website or “Site” means a web and/or mobile and/or other agreed digital site used by the Publisher in connection with relevant Ads and/or Yep Ads Service.
Publisher Website or “Your Website”) and for all materials and content related to the sale of advertising on the Publisher Website including, but not limited to the placement of Advertising Space JavaScript into the Publisher Website and the acceptance or rejection of Network Advertisements submitted by advertisers.
