Public Works Manager definition

Public Works Manager means the Manager of the Public Works Department of the City of Charlottetown acting personally or through any duly authorized assistant.

Public Works Manager means the person appointed as such by the Council of the City and any person delegated to assist him in carrying out his duties under this bylaw.
