Public sewer system means a sewerage system:
Public sewer system means the sewer or storm drainage facilities owned and maintained by the City, Rainier Vista Sewer District, Southwest Suburban Sewer District or Metro, or any sewage facilities acquired, constructed or maintained by such agencies.
Public sewer system means a sewer system that provides sewer services to the public and that is publicly owned or owned by a private, not-for-profit entity as defined in Title 33, Chapter 31.
