Public Sewer definition

Public Sewer means a sewer in which all owners of abutting properties have equal rights, and is controlled by public authority.
Public Sewer means, subject to Section 106(1A) of the 1991 Act(h), a sewer for the time being vested in a sewerage undertaker in its capacity as such, whether vested in that undertaker-

It shall also include sewer within or outside the Village boundaries that serve one (1) or more persons and ultimately discharge into the Village sanitary sewer or combined sewer system, even though those sewer may not have been constructed with Village funds.
