Public Sector Entity definition

Public Sector Entity means a non-commercial administrative body responsible to central governments, regional governments or local authorities, or to authorities that exercise the same responsibilities as regional governments and local authorities, or a non-commercial undertaking that is owned by or set up and sponsored by central governments, regional governments or local authorities, and that has explicit guarantee arrangements, and may include self-administered bodies governed by law that are under public supervision;
Public Sector Entity means a government organization, local public body or participating jurisdiction, each as defined in the Procurement Services Act and includes a person, other than the government, a government organization, a local public body or a participating jurisdiction, provided the requirements set out in section 2(2) of the Procurement Services Act have been met, that has entered into an Access Agreement with the Province and appears on the Province’s list of eligible purchasers;
Public Sector Entity. (a) The GOP, the Provincial Government, any subdivision of either, or any local governmental authority with jurisdiction over the Company, the Project, or any part thereof, or (b) any department, authority, instrumentality, agency, or judicial body of the GOP, the Provincial Government or any such local governmental authority, (c) courts and tribunals in Pakistan, and (d) any commission or independent regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Company, the Project or any part thereof.

  • To the extent the following damages are prohibited by law against a Public Sector Entity: Public Sector Entity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use, and Public Sector Entity is not liable for punitive damages.

  • To the extent required by law: indemnities provided by Public Sector Entity in the Agreement are deemed to be deleted, provided that, Public Sector Entity will, to the extent permitted by law, remain responsible for compliance with any such obligations and requirements in lieu of any such deleted indemnity.

  • For clarity, the judicial department may elect to exercise its right (i.e. 28 U.S.C. 516) to represent a Public Sector Entity in any case and a Public Sector Entity may elect not to give sole control over litigation and/or settlement to Forcepoint by not requesting an indemnity from Forcepoint; provided however, that Forcepoint reserves the right to control litigation and/or settlements related to its intellectual property, including its Products.

  • Upon request, Forcepoint will provide budgetary estimates for all travel and expense fees on its quotes (or Statement of Works/Professional Service Agreements) to Public Sector Entity.

  • Those Agreement clauses that require Public Sector Entity to keep certain information confidential aresubject to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552) and any order by a United States Federal Court.

Public Sector Entity means an entity that is classified by a national statistical authority as a unit within the public sector for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No 549/2013;

Public Sector Entity means the GOP and any sub-division thereof, courts or tribunals in Pakistan any department, authority, instrumentality, agency or judicial body of the GOP or any Provincial Government and any statutory or other corporation subject to the overall control or direction as to matters of policy or otherwise under or controlled by the GOP or a Provincial Government, but, for the purposes of this agreement, does not include the Vendor.
