Public Relations Costs means fees, costs and expenses of the public relations consultants incurred by:
Public Relations Costs means reasonable fees, costs and expenses incurred with the prior written consent of the Insurer, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, for obtaining advice and support to protect, or mitigate any damage to, the Insured’s reputation following a Reputational Harm Event.

Public Relations Costs means the reasonable fees, costs, and other expenses of a public relations consultant engaged by the Organization and approved by the Underwriter, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, to mitigate reputational harm to such Organization as a result of a Publication Event.
