Public Redevelopment Costs definition

Public Redevelopment Costs means actual Public Redevelopment Costs as defined in and approved pursuant to the Contract.
Public Redevelopment Costs means costs related to the development of the Minimum Improvements and eligible to be reimbursed with Tax Increment, including but not limited to land acquisition costs, site improvement costs, public infrastructure, and the costs of the housing structures.
Public Redevelopment Costs means actual Public Redevelopment Costs as defined in the Contract, not in excess of $4,955,600 related to the Minimum Improvements and which are approved by the City pursuant to the Contract.

Examples of Public Redevelopment Costs in a sentence

  • The Authority and the Developer agree that the consideration from the Developer for the purchase of the TIF Note shall consist of the Developer’s payment of the Public Redevelopment Costs in at least the principal amount of the TIF Note.

  • The Notes will be issued in the principal amount of Public Redevelopment Costs related to each Phase of the Minimum Improvements and submitted and approved in accordance with Section 3.3 of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Public Redevelopment Costs

Public Redevelopment Costs means actual Public Redevelopment Costs in an amount not to exceed$3,695,000, as defined in and approved pursuant to the Contract.
Public Redevelopment Costs means costs related to the development of the Minimum Improvements and eligible to be reimbursed with Tax Increment, including but not limited to land acquisition costs, site improvement costs, infrastructure costs, and demolition and remediation costs.
Public Redevelopment Costs means costs related to the development of the Minimum Improvements and eligible to be reimbursed with Tax Increment, including but not limited to the costs of property acquisition, site improvements, rehabilitation of the NOAH Housing Development, and the costs of the New Housing Development (to the extent authorized by the TIF Act).
Public Redevelopment Costs means, site preparation costs, including demolition, costs of soil correction, and infrastructure improvements on the Redevelopment Property, costs of constructing affordable housing, and any other costs eligible to be reimbursed with tax increment.
Public Redevelopment Costs has the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a) hereof. “RAP” has the meaning provided in Section 3.2 hereof.
Public Redevelopment Costs means the public redevelopment costs of the Project identified on Exhibit C attached hereto and any other cost incurred by the Developer, or its assigns, that the City determines is eligible for reimbursement with Pledged Tax Increments; PUD means the planned unit development for the Development Property adopted pursuant to Ordinance #_ ; Reimbursement Amount means the lesser of (i) $2,000,000 or (ii) the Public Redevelopment Costs actually incurred and paid by the Developer; Site Plan means the site plan prepared for the Development Property attached to the Development Agreement; State means the State of Minnesota;
