Public Records Requests means any public records requests or subpoenas related in any way to the Action issued by Defendant or on Defendant’s behalf, including the public records requests that are the subject of the Mandamus Actions.

Public Records Requests. The Assessor shall fully comply with the Municipality’s public records decisions and provide full access to all assessors records in a timely manner to the Village or to anyone the Municipality designates. “Assessor Records” as that term is used herein, shall mean any and all “records” as that term is defined in the Wisconsin Open Records Law (19.32 as amended), and interpreted by the Municipality in its sole discretion.   • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.
