The Municipality and the Authority agree to contribute their respective portion of the annual cost of the Public Passenger Transportation System as prescribed in the Annual Operating Agreement.
The Municipality agrees that the Authority will be the primary spokesperson for transit operational issues relating to the Public Passenger Transportation System and will cooperate when necessary to ensure accurate and effective public communications.

WHEREAS the Municipality is authorized to operate, manage and maintain a Public Passenger Transportation System within the Sunshine Coast Transit Service Area.
