Public Parking Spaces definition

Public Parking Spaces means the parking spaces located or to be located in the Public Garages or any Controlled Revenue Lot and any on-street metered parking spaces located within the Project Site.
Public Parking Spaces means parking spaces provided within a parking garage where such spaces are available and readily accessible to the general public including patrons of the South St. Lawrence Market at all times during which the South St. Lawrence Market is open for business and provided no such space is sold or leased or assigned to an owner or occupant of any dwelling unit on the lot;
Public Parking Spaces means those approximately 341 parking spaces in the Parking Garage, to be constructed as part of the Project.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, these Public Parking Spaces shall be available to all downtown visitors and shall not be limited to patrons of the Project.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
