Public Parking Facilities definition

Public Parking Facilities means all parking provided for the public at the Airport.
Public Parking Facilities has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(B)(3)(a) of this Agreement.
Public Parking Facilities means the Economy Parking Lot, the Long Term Parking Lot, and the Short Term Parking Lot, collectively.

More Definitions of Public Parking Facilities

Public Parking Facilities means (i) all parking facilities now or hereafter located on the Corridor Site, including, but not limited to, the 2B Garage, 3B Garage, and interim surface parking lots (to the extent such interim surface lots are owned or controlled by Agency, and subject to County’s existing rights under that certain Agreement Relating to Operation, Maintenance and Management of the Public Parking Facilities, dated May 15, 2002), as they may exist from time to time, (ii) all parking facilities now or hereafter owned, operated or controlled by Agency that are located within 600 feet of the Corridor Site, (iii) and all parking facilities now or hereinafter owned, operated or controlled by Agency that are located in downtown Boise and provided with a shuttle service that transports users of such parking facility to within 600 feet of Unit 101 and back to such parking facility at a convenient frequency (not greater than 15 minute intervals from the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on business days).
Public Parking Facilities means the Economy Parking Lot, the Long Term Parking Lot, Long Term Credit Card Lot and the Short Term Parking Lot, collectively.
Public Parking Facilities means such works as are, in the Council’s opinion, necessary to provide for the cumulative parking demands of the various activities in the locality and includes (but is not limited to) the purchase of land and/or buildings, the development and hard surfacing of land to a standard that normally applies for the provision of a public car park, and/or the construction of a carparking building, the laying out of carparks, placement of parking meters, barrier arms and ticketing machines; and other ancillary plant and equipment, and all of the associated legal, administrative, landscaping and beautification costs.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Public park means an area of land for the enjoyment of the public, having facilities for rest and/or recreation, such as a base- ball diamond or basketball court, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, federal government, or metropolitan park district. Pub- lic park does not include trails.

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;
