Public Opening definition

Public Opening means a specified time and place for the opening of bids, of which will be identified in the formal quotation request or tender advertisement and will be attended by at least two Township staff members and open to the public.
Public Opening means the opening of the Bids and the announcing of the Bidders who submitted a Bid in response to the Invitation to Bid in the presence of the public.
Public Opening has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.03. (qq) “Renewal Term” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.01. (rr) “Services” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.03.
