Public Infrastructure Improvements definition

Public Infrastructure Improvements means the public infrastructure improvements as generally described in EXHIBIT-A, EXHIBIT B and EXHIBIT D, each attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and which will be more specifically described in the Construction Documents.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means the Public Infrastructure Improvements as generally described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and which (with the exception of real estate interests and other costs and expenses) will be more specifically described in the Construction Documents.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means all improvements listed in this subsection and includes both on- site improvements and off-site improvements that directly or indirectly benefit the district. Such improvements include necessary or incidental work, whether newly constructed, renovated or existing, and all necessary or desirable appurtenances. "Public infrastructure improvements" includes:

• For Major Subdivisions installing new public infrastructure the following certificates shall also be shown where applicable: Certificate of Dedication; Certificate of Approval for Street and Road Maintenance; Certificate of Streets and Other Public Infrastructure Improvements; and Certificate of Water and Sewer System Approval.

• Any request by the City or the Developer for amendment of the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation, for additional funds or time for performance shall be made in writing and given prior to completion of the Public Infrastructure Improvements.

• For the reasons set forth in the Recitals hereto, which Recitals are incorporated herein by reference as a statement of the public purposes of this Agreement and the intended arrangements among the Parties, the Parties shall cooperate in the manner described herein to facilitate the construction of the Public Infrastructure Improvements.

• The Developer covenants and agrees that it will cause to be constructed and installed all of the Public Infrastructure Improvements in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Documents.

• To the City, all remaining amounts for further deposit into the TIF Fund for payment of costs of the Public Infrastructure Improvements, including, without limitation, debt charges on any notes or bonds issued to pay or reimburse finance costs or costs of those Public Infrastructure Improvements.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means the public infrastructure improvements described in the TIF Ordinance and further described in Exhibit B attached hereto and any other public infrastructure improvements hereafter designated pursuant to the TIF Ordinance as public infrastructure improvements made, to be made, or in the process of being made that directly benefit, or that once made will directly benefit, the Parcels.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means the construction and reconstruction of streets, sidewalks, trails, storm and sanitary sewers, and mainline utility improvements benefitting the Redevelopment Area.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means as described in Section 6.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means those facilities required by the City to be constructed in conjunction with the construction of the Minimum Improvements and are further described in Section 5 of this Agreement.

Public Infrastructure Improvements as used in this Agreement includes the acquisition of land and construction of public improvements, on and off the Project Premises, which are being constructed in conjunction with the Project and which are more particularly described and/or referred to in Section 1.2 below or contemplated on Exhibit B hereto. The limits of Public Infrastructure improvements are defined as work within the existing Cate Street and proposed Cate Street right of way, and also includes work within the Xxxxxxxx Street and Route 1 By-Pass right of way.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means, collectively, the construction of Red Buckeye Parkway from the southern terminus of the existing southern portion of Carriage Trails Parkway (commencing approximately feet west of State Route 201) southerly, then westerly and then northwesterly for a distance of approximately linear feet, including excavating, grading, paving, installing drainage, a water line, street lighting, conduit, curbs and gutters, ADA compliant handicapped ramps, signage, traffic pavement markings, street signs, landscaping, and acquiring interests in real estate, together with all necessary and related appurtenances (which Public Infrastructure Improvements are depicted on Exhibit C which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference). This term shall also include all related costs as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 133.15(B).

Public Infrastructure Improvements means the utility improvements, public vehicular and pedestrian right-of-way improvements, public parks and other similar types of improvements, to be installed for the benefit of the Project and/or the Miami WorldCenter District (in whole or in part). The Public Infrastructure Improvements anticipated by Master Developer are identified on Exhibit “D”.
