Public Improvement Project definition

Public Improvement Project means any construction or expansion of roads, streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage facilities, sewer lines, water utility lines or other capital improvement project within Licensor’s jurisdiction undertaken by or on behalf of Licensor. Public Improvement Project does not include work undertaken for the benefit of a non-governmental entity, even if such work is performed by Licensor.
Public Improvement Project means a project relating to the construction of the principal structures, works, component parts, and accessories of any of the following:
Public Improvement Project means a capital improvement within the Franchise Area undertaken by or on behalf of the City that requires the relocation of Facilities within the Franchise Area, and such capital improvement is funded by the City or with other public monies obtained by the City for such capital improvement.

Public Improvement Project means any project undertaken by a local, state, or federal body for the benefit of the general public, such as but not limited to, road or bridge construction or the development of a park.
