Public Disclosure Record means collectively, all of the documents which have been filed on xxx.xxxxx.xxx since June 1, 2017 by or on behalf of the Corporation with the Securities Commissions pursuant to the requirements of Canadian Securities Laws;

More Definitions of Public Disclosure Record

Public Disclosure Record means the information filed by a Party with the required securities commissions on SEDAR, the System for Electronic Document Analysis Retrieval at wxx.xxxxx.xxx of the Canadian securities administrators, with the Exchange and with the Registrar, as required in accordance with Applicable Laws or the BCBCA.
Public Disclosure Record means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Corporation prior to the Closing Time with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents filed on SEDAR at xxx.xxxxx.xxx and XXXXX at xxx.xxx.xxx.;
