Public Directors definition

Public Directors means all of the Directors as of the Regulatory Trigger Date (other than the Directors designated as Holdco GP Directors), the Directors elected by the Public Limited Partners pursuant to Section 16.1(b)(iv), and any Directors appointed by the Public Directors to fill vacancies among the Public Directors (including, without limitation, any vacancy caused by an increase in the number of Directors on the Board of Directors).
Public Directors has the meaning set forth in the MLP Agreement.
Public Directors means individuals that are not employees or members of the Council of the Town of Blue Mountains.

Examples of Public Directors in a sentence

  • If required by CFTC Regulations, one of the Public Directors shall serve as the chair of the Regulatory Oversight Committee.

  • If required by CFTC Regulations, one of the Public Directors shall serve as the chair of the Nominating Committee.

  • At all times following the compliance date of applicable CFTC Regulations, the Nominating Committee shall include no fewer than the minimum number or percentage of Public Directors required by such CFTC Regulations.

Public Directors means members of the Board who are not Chartered Professional Accountants and do not hold a Legacy Designation;
