Public Bonds definition

Public Bonds means those asset classes listed under heading “Asset Class” in Table I of the “Public Bonds” section of Appendix 2.6 that are (a) registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or (b) (i) traded pursuant to the Rule 144A exemption from the Securities Act of 1933 and the regulations issued thereunder and (ii) containing registration rights in favor of the holder of such note or obligation that are effective within one year of the date of transfer, it being understood that Public Bonds may be of any maturity, but do not include preferred stocks, hybrids, convertibles or tax-exempt municipal bonds.
Public Bonds means the Bonds excluding those owned by the Issuer or an Issuer Related Entity.
Public Bonds means, collectively, the 11% Notes, the 12.25% Notes and the 12.5% Notes.

More Definitions of Public Bonds

Public Bonds has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Public Bonds means Airxcel’s Series A and Series B 11% Series Subordinated Notes due 2007 issued under the Indenture dated November 10, 1997 between Airxcel and the United States Trust Company of New York, as Trustee.
Public Bonds. The Class 1-A1, Class 1-A2, Class 2-A1, Class 2-A2, Class 2-A3, Class 3-A1, Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 Bonds.
Public Bonds means (a) US Treasuries and (b) Corporate Bonds, but does not include preferred stocks, hybrids, convertibles, tax-exempt municipal bonds or bonds held through an investment vehicle such as a mutual fund or a limited liability company.

Related to Public Bonds

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.

  • Public Notes means the Notes that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction. As of the Closing Date, the Public Notes include the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes, other than any Notes held by the Depositor (or any other entity whose separate existence from the Trust is disregarded for federal income tax purposes).

  • Escrowed Bonds means Municipal Obligations that (i) have been determined to be legally defeased in accordance with S&P’s legal defeasance criteria, (ii) have been determined to be economically defeased in accordance with S&P’s economic defeasance criteria and assigned a rating of AAA by S&P, (iii) are not rated by S&P but have been determined to be legally defeased by S&P or (iv) have been determined to be economically defeased by S&P and assigned a rating no lower than the rating that is S&P equivalent of S&P’s AAA rating. In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Corporate Bonds means a debt obligation of a United States-chartered corporation with a maturity date greater than 270 days, which may be interest-bearing or discount-purchased.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Stocks and bonds means stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and all other types of securities and financial instruments, whether held directly, indirectly, or in any other manner. The term does not include commodity futures contracts and call or put options on stocks or stock indexes.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.
