Examples of Public Benefits in a sentence
The Developer must, at its cost and risk, provide the Public Benefits to the City in accordance with this document.
The Developer must not issue any information, publication, document or article for publication in any media concerning this document or the Public Benefits without the City's prior written consent.
If the City is satisfied that the Developer has provided all Public Benefits and otherwise complied with this document then the City must promptly do all things reasonably required to remove this document from the certificate of title to the Land.
This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provision of the Public Benefits set forth in Sections 4.2 and 4.3 of this Agreement, including the payments set forth therein, are essential elements of this Agreement and COUNTY would not have entered into this Agreement but for such provisions, and therefore in the event such provisions are determined to be invalid, void or unenforceable, this entire Agreement shall be null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever.
