Public Assistance Benefits definition

Public Assistance Benefits means those benefits available under the programs administered by DTA, including, without limitation, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (“SNAP”) (formerly known as “Food Stamps”), Emergency Aid to the Elderly, Disabled and Children (“EAEDC”), and Transitional Aid to Families with Dependent Children (“TAFDC”).
Public Assistance Benefits means benefits available under programs administered by MassHealth.
Public Assistance Benefits means all benefits provided by any governmental agency for the benefit of the Beneficiary, including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, Supplemental Security Income, and Supplemental Security Disability Income.
