Public Amenities definition

Public Amenities means the work or improvement so designated and more particularly defined in Exhibit B annexed to the Indenture.
Public Amenities means the public amenities and related services proposed by the Concessionaire as part of its Tender, as further described in the Specifications.
Public Amenities means the “Public Amenities”, as defined in the Development Agreement and as listed on Exhibit “D” of the Development Agreement, and attached hereto as Exhibit “A.”

Public Amenities means the work or improvement so designated and more particularly defined in Exhibit B annexed hereto.
Public Amenities means the following items having an aggregate value of not less than $6,150,000 determined in accordance with Section 2.10: (a) 16,000 square feet of interior gross floor area (finished to the xxxx shell standards specified in Exhibit F) which shall be conveyed to City for use as a public library or for such other use agreed upon by Developer and City, (b) a pedestrian parkway containing those elements identified on Exhibit F for public use along the eastern boundary of the Property, (c) an enhanced streetscape in the areas detailed in Exhibit F and containing those elements more conceptually depicted in Exhibit ‘F’; (d) 20 parking spaces of the 100 parking spaces Developer is required to construct on Parcel 2, as further described in Section 3.4 hereof; and (e) perpetual maintenance of items (b), (c) and (d) above, at the same level as originally constructed. Developer shall have the right to assign the maintenance obligation for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 to a single owner association with City’s prior approval as permitted by Section 10.1.
Public Amenities means the following items having an aggregate value of not less than $6,150,000 determined in accordance with Section 2.10: (a) 16,000 square feet of office space (finished to the standards specified in Exhibit “F”) which shall be conveyed to City for use as office space or for such other use agreed upon by Developer and City; (b) a pedestrian pathway containing those elements identified on Exhibit “F” for public use along the eastern boundary of the Property; (c) an enhanced streetscape in the areas detailed in Exhibit “F” and containing those elements more conceptually depicted in Exhibit “F”; (d) enhanced on-street parking in the areas detailed in Exhibit “F”; and (e) perpetual maintenance of items (b), (c) and (d) above, at the same level as originally constructed. Developer shall have the right to assign the maintenance obligation for the Public Amenities for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 to the Xxxxxx Property Owners Association.
Public Amenities. Installation of public recreational facilities and other amenities targeted toward the creation of a Seniors village that promotes the interests of Seniors and Veterans and are available to the public pursuant to written public access easements in the Project Area.
Public Amenities means the following items having an aggregate value determined in accordance with Section 3.5.1, to the extent actually constructed by Developer: (i) bike and pedestrian pathways constructed to City of Tempe standards consistent with, or exceeding, existing multi-use pathways along the Crosscut Canal or Western Canal parkway (the “Core Amenities”), and (ii) such other improvements, enhancements and upgrades as City and Developer agree in writing shall be included within the Public Amenities (the “Enhanced Amenities”.
Public Amenities means and refer to any and all areas within the Properties not owned by the Association but intended or available for use and enjoyment by Association Members, guests, invitees, and the public; Public Amenities shall include, but are not limited to, golf courses, marina facilities, hotel, restaurants, spa, and any other facilities and related services that may be offered, provided to, or for Association Members, guests, and invitees, and the public.
Public Amenities means the areas available for public use as more specifically set forth on Exhibits "A.1" thru "A.6" attached hereto (collectively the "Public Amenities").
