Pubco Shares definition

Pubco Shares means fully paid and non-assessable common shares of Pubco to be issued to the Selling Shareholders by Pubco upon Closing on the basis of 1 Pubco Share for 5.4935 Priveco Shares;

Pubco Shares means, at any time, the Common Shares in the authorized capital of Pubco as constituted at such time;

Pubco Shares means shares of capital stock, which may be represented by American Depositary Shares, issued by PubCo.
