P&T Contracts definition

P&T Contracts means the Hxxxx Contribution Agreement, the P&T Agreement, the limited partnership agreement of Hxxxx (including the amendment thereto entered into in connection with the Pipeline Transactions), the Mortgage and Deed of Trust (Hxxxx), the Indemnification Agreement, the Subordination Agreement and all other agreements entered into in connection with the Pipeline Transactions.
