PSN Services means any function, feature, capability, utility or service provided by SCEA or its Affiliates via the PlayStation Network, including, but not limited to, user identification names, associated user lists and functions to maintain or control such lists, communication utilities such as chat and messaging and commerce-related services.

Examples of PSN Services in a sentence

  • If any PSN Services are Subcontracted by the Supplier, the Supplier must ensure that the services have the relevant PSN compliance certification.

  • After your Account is terminated, you will not be able to access PSN Services.

  • No warranty is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of PSN Services, or any content or service offered on or through PSN Services.

  • All intellectual property rights subsisting in PSN Services, including all software, data, and content subsisting in or used in connection with PSN Services, the Online ID and access to content and hardware used in connection with PSN Services (collectively defined as "Property"), belong to SIE LLC, SIEA, its affiliates and its licensors.

  • Some games played on or provided through PSN Services may have features that allow your Information, including game play and related gaming information to be recorded by a user and distributed to any third party publicly, including users outside of PSN Services.

  • Some games and apps on PSN Services may allow you to earn virtual currency, goods, or effects such as coins, points, tokens, gold, gems, weapons, vehicles, buffs, or power-ups (collectively "Virtual Items").

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
