Provisional Members definition

Provisional Members has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Provisional Members are Members who, at the time of determination, (1) are serving a trial period as new Members in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or (2) existing Members returned to provisional status in accordance with Section 2.2(d). Except as otherwise expressly indicated in this Agreement, each Provisional Member shall have one-half of one vote.

Examples of Provisional Members in a sentence

  • Provisional Members are not required to pay annual membership fees.

  • Together we share in a covenant relationship in a community of clergy (active and retired Elders, Deacons, Associate Members, Provisional Members, Local Pastors).

  • Provisional Members have no voting rights in official meetings but they shall have the right to participate in all official WTF events.

  • Additional Members means those Members, if any, admitted to the Company after the Effective Date.

A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Neutral Member has the meaning provided in Section 2. 1(f)(ii) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Structural member means any load-supporting member of a facility, such as beams and load-supporting walls, or any nonload-supporting member, such as ceilings and nonload-supporting walls.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to act for the candidate as provided in this chapter.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • New Board means the board of directors or the board of managers of Reorganized Neiman.

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • Substitute Member means a Person who is admitted as a Member of the Company pursuant to Section 2.7 as a result of a Transfer of Shares to such Person.

  • New Boards means, collectively: (a) the Reorganized TCEH Board; and (b) the New EFH/EFIH Board.

  • Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.

  • Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners means Limited Partners (other than the General Partner and any Limited Partner 50% or more of whose equity is owned, directly or indirectly, by the General Partner) holding Percentage Interests that in the aggregate are greater than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Limited Partners (other than the General Partner and any Limited Partner 50% or more of whose equity is owned, directly or indirectly, by the General Partner).

  • Vote Limited Member means any Member who beneficially owns 5% or more of the outstanding Class A shares (excluding Masterworks Shares) submits a Vote Limit Certificate to the Board which designates such Member as a Vote Limited Member, either separately or jointly with one or more other Members.
