Provisional Certificate of Registration definition

Provisional Certificate of Registration means the certificate issued by the Department certifying that a particular individual is registered to perform tattooing and/or body piercing at a specific establishment, only under the on-site direct technical supervision of an individual with a "Regular Certificate of Registration."
