Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner and:
(a) the approved brokers; and
(b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and
(c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to:
(i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
Provision of copies of communications. Each Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee, when so requested, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and:
(a) the approved brokers;
(b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and
(c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to:
(i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Agent, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications which could be considered material in the context of any Finance Document, between that Owner and:
(a) the relevant approved brokers; and
(b) the relevant approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and
(c) the relevant approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to:
(i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the relevant obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the relevant obligatory insurances.
Provision of copies of communications. Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and:
(a) the approved brokers;
(b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;
(c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to:
(i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and
(d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.
Provision of copies of communications. Each Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications in case of, but not limited to, an Event of Default, Total Loss or Major Casualty between that Borrower and:
(a) the approved brokers; and
(b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and
(c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to:
(i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

(i) the relevant Guarantor’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between the relevant Guarantor and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

If the Lender shall so request in respect of an Owner, the Borrower shall procure that that Owner shall provide the Lender, at the time of each such communication, or as otherwise specified by the Lender, copies of all written communications which may be reasonably requested by the Lender, between that Owner and:
(a) the approved brokers; and
(b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and
(c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relates directly or indirectly to:
(i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and
(ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
