Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;
Process Memorandum means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of successful bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications there to issue in accordance with the terms hereof.
Insurance Information means the insurance information required by the Access Provider pursuant to Clause 5(b)(xi) hereof.
Remittance Information means the information that must specify the Billing Account Numbers (BANs) paid; invoices paid and the amount to be applied to each BAN and invoice.
Procedures Memorandum means administrative procedures and guidelines relating to the settlement of issues of Notes (other than Syndicated Issues) as shall be agreed upon from time to time by the Issuer, the Trustee, the Permanent Dealers (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) and the Issuing and Paying Agent and which, at the date of this Trust Deed, are set out in Schedule A to the Dealer Agreement;
Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.
Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;
Service Information means information concerning the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with Clause 32.1 for inclusion in the Authority's catalogue and/or any Beneficiary's catalogue from time to time;
Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.
Due Diligence Information means any information supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer prior to the Call Off Commencement Date;
Funds Flow Memorandum means the flow of funds memorandum in the agreed form prepared on behalf of the Company by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx containing details of the flow of funds at Closing.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Line Information Data Base (LIDB means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.
Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.
Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 180 days interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. If you do not withdraw the funds, each renewal term will be for an identical period of time as the original term.
maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;
Closing Memorandum means the form of closing memorandum to be prepared by Apple for the Closing under this Agreement in which are included the forms of certificates of officers, the opinions of counsel and certain other documents to be delivered at the Closing as provided in Article VII.
ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.
Transmission Reliability Margin or “TRM” shall mean the amount of transmission transfer capability necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the interconnected transmission network will be secure. TRM accounts for the inherent uncertainty in system conditions and the need for operating flexibility to ensure reliable system operation as system conditions change.
Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.
Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.
Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).
Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.
