Providing Beneficiary definition

Providing Beneficiary shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.1.1 of this Consortium Agreement relating to the transfer of Materials.
Providing Beneficiary shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 9.1 of the Consortium Agreement. “Receiving Beneficiary” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.1 of the Consortium Agreement.
