Provider Personnel definition

Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

Provider Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9 of this Agreement.

Provider Personnel means all individuals involved in the performance of Services as employees, agents, or independent contractors of Provider or any Subcontractor.

Examples of Provider Personnel in a sentence

• The Provider shall endeavour to ensure that all Provider Personnel are made aware of the procedures established and maintained for this purpose.

• The Provider will adhere to Government policy in relation to pay in respect of all Direct Provider Personnel, including adherence to the consolidated salary scales and the Department of Health Circular 11/2013 on Health Sector Pay Policy (as may be updated, amended or replaced from time to time) and is not authorised to pay salaries in excess of the consolidated scales for approved grades, except where explicitly authorised by the Department of Health and/or the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.

• Such audits, inspections and requests for documentation shall include, inter alia, the inspection, monitoring, review and assessment of the Provider’s premises, facilities, Provider Personnel, records, equipment, procedures and records (including without limitation, Provider Personnel records and information and records on the Service Users).

• The Provider shall establish and maintain procedures for the making of protected disclosures (as defined by applicable legislation) by Provider Personnel and for dealing with such disclosures.

• The Provider shall place a particular emphasis on quality indicators as they relate to improved health and wellbeing outcomes for Service Users and Provider Personnel.

More Definitions of Provider Personnel

Provider Personnel means all of the employees of Provider and Provider Affiliates who perform any Services. A BFA Recipient may request, and Provider will furnish, a staffing plan regarding Provider Personnel for a Service at any time during the Term.

Provider Personnel means the personnel used by the Provider to carry out the Services;

Provider Personnel means all officers, employees, volunteers, agents and contractors employed, engaged, supplied or utilised by the Provider or by any subcontractor or agent of the Provider for any purpose whatsoever including without limitation for the purpose of providing or assisting directly or indirectly the provision of Services to Service Users;

Provider Personnel means all Direct Provider Personnel and Indirect Provider Personnel;

Provider Personnel will have the meaning set forth in Section 2(i).

Provider Personnel has the meaning given in Section 5.1.

Provider Personnel means Provider personnel involved in the Service to Customer under this agreement, be they employees or independent contractors or Provider or any Provider subsidiary.
