Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;
Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.
Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Licenses and Permits means, collectively, all of Seller’s right, title and interest, to the extent assignable, in and to licenses, permits, certificates of occupancy, approvals, dedications, subdivision maps and entitlements now or hereafter issued, approved or granted by the Authorities in connection with the Real Property and the Improvements, together with all renewals and modifications thereof.
Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.
Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.
Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.
Governmental Authorizations means, with respect to any Person, all licenses, permits, certificates, waivers, consents, franchises (including similar authorizations or permits), exemptions, variances, expirations and terminations of any waiting period requirements and other authorizations and approvals issued to such Person by or obtained by such Person from any Governmental Authority, or of which such Person has the benefit under any Applicable Law.
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.
Provider Agreements means all participation, provider and reimbursement agreements or arrangements now or hereafter in effect for the benefit of Tenant or any Manager in connection with the operation of any Facility relating to any right of payment or other claim arising out of or in connection with Tenant’s participation in any Third Party Payor Program.
Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
Permits means all permits, licenses, franchises, approvals, authorizations, registrations, certificates, variances and similar rights obtained, or required to be obtained, from Governmental Authorities.
Provider contract means any contract between a provider and a carrier (or a carrier's network,
Transferable Permits means all those Permits and Environmental Permits used or held for use primarily in the operation or conduct of the Business (and all applications pertaining thereto) that are transferable under applicable Law (including Environmental Laws) from Seller to Purchaser or its designees.
Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.
Business Permits means any approvals, permits, filings, registrations, etc which the Company is required to have for legally and validly operating all its businesses, including without limitation, Business License of Corporate Legal Person, Operation Permit of Value-added Telecommunication Service and such other relevant permits and licenses as required by the then-effective PRC Law.
Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other such entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide items and services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.
Required Governmental Approvals means the Company Required Governmental Approvals and the Parent Required Governmental Approvals.
Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.
Provider panel means those providers with which a carrier contracts to provide health care services
